The building consists of two architectural structures that intertwine and give shape to an internal square. The project dialogues with the other prestigious constructions in the Porta Nuova district, maintaining continuity with the adjacent building The Corner and generating new connections with the urban context.
The project involves the introduction of the most effective sustainable building practices. Low-energy or recycled materials are used throughout the building. A large photovoltaic system powers a water-to-water heat pump for thermal generation. Thanks to these interventions and the constant focus on energy saving, the building meets the Nearly Zero Energy Building standard.
